MediaLab vs DirectRT
[edited from support email]
I was thinking, just out of curiosity, why don't you all combine MediaLab and DirectRT into a single program? Obviously you'd lose some money there and I don't know the first thing about running a buisness. But to be honest, I've found DirectRT much easier to use and the manual is much easier to understand--I found myself thinking, "Man, I wish MediaLab were just like DirectRT." Not sure I could explain why I like DirectRT more, so maybe this is useless feedback. Still, it's fairly common among people I know...Anyhow, thanks again for the quick response.

I really appreciate that kind of feedback. Funny, I often get polarized reactions from both sides. Those who like MediaLab tend to like the simplicity and find DirectRT a bit intimidating. Personally, I love DirectRT for the kinds of things it was designed for. It can be so much more efficient (and of course, precise) than MediaLab. I do actually envision one program in the near future though--and that it will also have web capability to boot. Feel free to send ideas, feedback, annoyances and wish-lists any time!
