Response on a continuum?

For a questionnaire that we want to use, the responses are recorded by a participant placing an “x” on a line (or continuum)…ex:

Very much so--------------------------Not at all

We would like it so the participant would click on the line, and an X or another mark would be placed on this line. Is this something that MediaLab is capable of doing?
