Error 1721 (case 20355)
Hi,
We've just recently upgraded to DirectRT 2014 in my lab and everything was running smoothly until a day or two ago. Now, whenever the program is opened, we receive an error message (Error 1721 - see attached image) and the program doesn't run correctly.
How can we fix this issue?

Thanks for your quick response. I downloaded DirectRT again and selected the "repair" option. But now it seems I need a new license code. How can I obtain that?
