DirectRT v2008 small green videos

Hello,
We are a research group using v2008 of DirectRT. When we try to use videos in our excel files, we run them and random videos end up shrinking by about 25%, and the videos turn two different shades of green. It is not always the same videos, and their is no noticeable consistent pattern to which videos do this.

We have been stuck with this problem for months now, and we really need help. We believe we have tried everything.
