MediaLab 2010 not recognizing file updates(?)

I have a very strange error, which results in me currently being not able to run experiments (I had this multiple times, in both .exp and .que files).

If I create a file, save it, run it and encounter some errors (e.g., parameters missing), then solve the issues (i.e., add the required parameters), save it and run it again, that Medialab keeps telling me that the errors are still there, even though when looking in the saved file the issues are clearly solved!

An example: When running a .que in Medialab, it tells me that the n-parameter for variable A, and the p-parameters for variables B & C are missing, even though these parameters are there.

Hope this problem sounds familiar to anyone and knows a solution!
