Creating different stroops

I am attempting to create two different Stroop files (not audio files, simple stroop categorization files).
One is to be congruent (where the color of the font matches what the word says)
the other is to be incongruent (where the color of the font does not match what the word says).
I am having trouble getting this file to work--it keeps saying I have an LOC column empty.
Can you please tell me where I am going wrong?
I tried altering your original stroop example however it doesn't separate into congruent and incongruent easily.
