how to make a responses file

Hi!
I'm currently in the process of creating a Media Lab file in which a participant answers a trivia question (two answer choices) and receives either correct or incorrect information. For the "incorrect answer" message, a powerpoint slide with animation and sound, will appear and for the "correct answer" I just want the word correct to appear on the screen. How do I go about making a responses file for this type of experiment? No numbers are included so I have no idea how to let Media Lab know that if, for example, they answer "blue" rather than "red" that it needs to show them the incorrect answer message. This is my first time using Media Lab so I am completely new to this. Thanks.
