How Do I Skip Based on Responses in a Certain Range?

I am having a bit of trouble setting up a skip to condition on my experiment. I am using an affect grid, so participants can enter any number between 1 and 81 in a fill-in-the-blank item.

If participants enter any number under 19, I want them to skip to certain page. I have been able to set up this up using the 'responses.xls' document etc., as explained in the Medialab manual.

However, for another condition, I want to set it up so that if participants enter a number between 19-63, they will skip to a certain page. I have not been able to figure out how to specify this in excel. I have tried a few different possibilities, but none of them have worked so far. Do you know of any way to set a skip condition based on a range of scores (rather than a single less than or greater than rule)? Hopefully I have explained this clearly, but feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
