I am running an experiment using audio probes for button-pressing reaction time presented during a video. I have found the probes.csv file posted on these message boards useful for this task. However, this file presents the probes as a beep from the body of the computer. Is it possible to present probes as tones through the speakers rather than directly through the computer? Also, would this compromise the precise timing of their presentation?
