Subliminal Prime Presentation Time

Recently, a question has come-upregarding the actual presentation time when presenting the subliminalprime. In our research, we set the presentation time of the prime at 17msec., but it shows in the log file that the prime was displayed for 32msec. I can think of two possible explanations: (1) the timereported in the log file represents the combined loading and display time ofthe prime or (2) the display time is limited by the capabilities of thecomputer (e.g., refresh rate) – so even though we set it at 17msec. it isactually displayed for 32 msec.[/FONT][/COLOR][/SIZE]
