line terminator error

We just tested our input file and the experiment ran correctly on a machine in another lab. We're now migrating all the files to another lab and testing the experiment but we get a very random error and we don't know the source of it.
The error message:
"The input file has at least one row without a terminator in the last cell."

The error message goes on to say that the first instance of the problem is in row one. We've repeatedly checked the input file and there's nothing wrong with it (see attached).

We are planning to conduct a study in a couple hours and did not expect this problem.

Please advise.

You've got blank rows--or at least it appears so when I open it here--is that intentional? If so, try deleting those blank rows and it ought to resolve this terminator error. Let me know how it goes.. -Blair
