Multiple fill-in-the blank questions with mask parameter

Hello,

I would like to make an anagram task. One kind of this task will have a question and an answer providing only the first letter and other letters in a randomized order for the participants to find the correct order-solution. The other task will provide only a category e.g food and then multiple sets of letters in random order which correspond to different solutions. Is there any way to do this in one page using some kind of custom item in medialab?
