Video continuous throughout likert scale questions

Hey what I'm wanting to do is have a background video continually displayed whilst participants answer a series of likert scales. However I have to put these under different rows for each questions which makes the video start right back at the beginning with the screen showing an obvious flickering.

I'm told I have to use a [SIZE=2]'custom html' and search the forums. However I've had a look and to be honest am bamboozled by all the infomration. If anyone can shed some light or show me an example I would be extremely greatful.[/SIZE]

If so, then would it work to place the video within the same HTML file? Or perhaps a second (independent) frame within that main file? The latter would allow subjects to scroll through Likert items while leaving the video playing in a fixed frame on the same screen. Never tried the latter, but it could be a solution?
