Animated .gif files Not Working in Medialab

[SIZE=3][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Calibri]I currently have Medialab 2006v2.4. and am testing it on a netbook that has Windows 7 starter and a laptop that has Windows 7. My questionnaires have animated .gif files and they are not showing when I run Medialab on either operating system. The .gif files work on machines with Windows XP. However, our IT department is phasing out support for XP. Please advise how to resolve this.[/FONT][/COLOR][/SIZE]
