Data Output...is there an easier way?

I have found that Media Lab saves the data in a nice neat Excel file (all participants are put into one file). However, Direct RT saves the data from the same participants in separate files for each participant and the data goes up to down in a column. This means having to copy and paste the data from the Direct RT files and transpose them to get them to go left to right in rows to add to the Media Lab data.

Is there an easier way to do this or any way to control the data output? A setting maybe that allows the Direct RT data to be captured in a more efficient manner?
