WebTracker Problems

Currently, I am attempting to use the webtracker question type to monitor browsing behavior (specifically, the amount of time per page) on a web-based calculator. The calculator tool has a web address, so I entered it into the question type as directed. However, I keep getting a script error message, and the web page does not display properly. When testing the web page on a browser, though, it displays fine and works perfectly. The tool is built in Flash, and exported as .swf and imbedded into an .html page to play within standard browsers. Could this be creating the trouble? If you could offer some insights and/or workarounds as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.
