service inquiry

Hello,

I sent an email and was suggested to post this to get a more timely response. I am writing to inquire into the status of support services. My research lab developed a survey using MediaLab, but we are unable to get the program to run correctly. Trevor Newell has helped with the project. In the first week of May, a graduate student of mine sent the program files to Trevor to review. However, we have yet to get a response.

I am wondering if the problem has been diagnosed and if it can be fixed? We are under a great amount of pressure to start the survey. I will need to quickly find alternative solutions if the problem cannot be identified.
