Can I have a break between 2 parts

Hi,

I have two parts of an experiment. Between them a colleague runs another experiment in another program (E-Prime).
I need directRT to randomly select stimulus from a list without replacement in both of my experiment parts. So, I have 1 list with 80 stimuli, 40 should be randomly selected in the first part, and 40 should be selected in the second part after my colleague run another experiment.

- Is there a possibility to carry the information "which stim was already selected" from one experiment to another?
- Or: can I run the E-Prime experiment from my colleage within my directRT-experiment (then directRT would know which stm was already chosen)
- or soemthing else?
