Multiple Response HTML skip-to Chaos

Hello all,

I have a rather complex problem that I am hoping to have figured out through using MediaLab. We have a survey where participants will be presented a list of 25 health problems, and to check off the ones that they currently have. If they choose any of the health problems, they will continue to answer questions about that specific problem. However, if they choose none of these, they will be forwarded to the next part of the study and skip the forementioned task entirely.

Basically I am trying to figure out how the skip-to function would work in a multiple response html item, or if this is even a possibility. I am adding a picture of the scale for you to visualize what it is I am trying to do!
