need help with directrt!

I am trying to run a .csv task in DirectRT - it was created in DirectRT 2006 - and sent to me by lab partner davidowj (see below "help with subliminal priming"). However everytime I try to run any .csv file in our experiment on my laptop, I receive the following error message:
