Randomize without repeating variables

I am trying to create a questionnaire that asks questions while showing a combination of two types of stimuli (e.g. pairing a name and a situation).
I am planning to use randomizing function and skip-to function so that each participant sees all the names once and all situations once (there are 10 names and 10 situations), but in different combination. But the problem is that I can't make sure that the same name or situation shows up later in the questionnaire.

Is there a way so that I eliminate the previously used names from the future randomization pool?
