Divided Visual Fields

Hi,

I am working on an experiment using divided visual fields and need a fixation point. I thought that there was a sample experiment that did this type of thing, but have not been able to located it. All i need is a plus sign that will flash from black to red and then back to black quickly with no lapse inbetween, but have not been able to make this happen. Does anybody know how to do this, or know where I can get a file for a fixation point?

I would do this by having three sequential stimuli each for whatever specified time you like. You could do this with three sequential images, or three sequential text stimuli (e.g., ~+). If you do the latter you could change the colour via styles. Does that make sense or is there a problem I'm not seeing?
