time limit setting

Hello,
I'm trying to set the minimum exposure time limit for a questionnaire file - so I want at least 5 minutes have to be passed to move on to the next questionnaire file and otherwise Continue button doesn't appear at the last page of the current questionnaire file.
I see that I can set the minimum exposure time for the "instruction" question within the questionnaire file, using minus number parameter (e.g., d-60), but I'm not sure how I can set the minimum exposure time for an "entire questionnaire file" (i.e., question.que file). It seems minus number doesn't work as it functions differently with the instruction item.
Do you have any suggestions?
