Editing fill-in-the-blank items

Is there anyway to move or eliminate the "Press Enter when you have typed your response" text for a fill-in-the-blank item? I'd like to present my participants with images and then have them type a "bid" for the item pictured. I've changed the response box to get it out of the way, but the text is still blocking where I'd like the image to appear. Is there a way to alter it?

I believe it's an option you can replace with "" in a [I]substitute.txt[/I] file. See the user's guide for [I]messages.txt[/I] or online here:
