add navigation tools when web tracking?

Is there an easy way to add a back button, a home button, and/or a browser window within web tracking items?

I tried setting up a web tracking item with internet explorer (.....\iexplore.exe) as the file name, but this only tracked the initial page, not subsequent ones.

I also tried adding an instructions item immediately after the web tracking item that instructs participants to click "go back" if they want to explore more links from my index page - this works fine from a link tracking perspective, but isn't as realistic a navigating experience.
