All of my data say "99"

All of the data that is supposed to be collected from my custom items (except for the first item?) is coming in as "99".

Can you zip and post or send us your experiment folder? Better yet would be a simplfied sample. E.g., a reduced questionnaire that uses your custom a item a few times that, when run on its own, produces this same issue. If you can do that, send or post it and we'll see if we can find out what's wrong.

Oh yes, I've done that before! To other interested users, be sure to read the section regarding variable names in the "Custom Items" section of the user's guide--especially when using a single html file across multiple instances of a custom items within your experiment.
