Correct, incorrect response analysis

I have a list of random images of two types and subject is responding with a joystick.
What I need is to know if the subject responded correctly or not to a random image, and I need the DirectRT program to record whether its correct or incorrect to the output file.
How do I do this?

How do I analyze the output file, if I have two types of images sad and happy as part of the file name based on the location of the joystick?
The joystick has three possibilities 1, 50, 100. 1-correct, 100-incorrect, 50-joystick didn’t move.
