Hi Jason,
I'm afraid the university computer lab (which I use to access DirectRT) is closed until the beginning of January, so please excuse the delay-I will send those files as soon as I can.
Best wishes

Hi again,
Changing the image size has corrected the alignment problem!
But when I increased the length of the rows, simply by copying and pasting the original sequences, it has got one of those minor errors preventing it running again (when it says a row/the style file refers to something wrong).
I have checked the whole thing this time and can't spot any typos!
I attach the current excel file and style file.
Do you have any suggestions as to what could be wrong this time?
The Flicker0.drt file has a sytle code 0 in row 4 with no other information. Try deleting row 4, saving the Flicker0.drt file, and then running the Flicker0.csv file in DirectRT.

The excel file runs in directrt with a shorter length of row (less repetitions), but not when i copy and paste more in.
Is there a limit to the length of excel row DirectRT will run?
If so is there a way to make it repeat until response without increasing the length?
Thanks
The only important part for the input file that DirectRT runs is that it is in a comma separated value-the .csv-format.
Exactly how do you copy and paste new rows into the file?

I select the sequence eg:
AA1 0,0,1 560 ~ 0,0,1 80 AA2 0,0,1 rt:any ~ 0,0,1 80
and copy it and paste it repeatedly along the same row
