Please also explain a bit more about your stated goal of trying to "get the volume to change for an avi movie." The use of the c parameter with the executable item you mentioned is to set a consistent volume for playing multiple media files (here in the MediaLab manual: http://www.empirisoft.com/medialab/h...ightsub=volume). Do you have multiple media files that all play at different volumes? If not, and you are trying to only play a single video file, have you tried using a Movie item type (see here in the MediaLab manual: http://www.empirisoft.com/medialab/h...type.htm#movie) or using the Backvideo field in an Instruction item type (see here in the MediaLab manual: http://www.empirisoft.com/medialab/h...ebackvideo.htm)
