Online rating with a custom scale (case 29158)

I tried making a custom grid using html. However I need to change the Item Type to "Custom" (instead of "On-Line Rating") in order for it to run. Is there any way to integrate the custom grid to online rating?

The existing versions of MediaLab cannot change the type of scale used in the online rating item in the .que files.
