    cannot open a file at one computer wich i can open on another computer (case 17212)

    Hello,
    i cannot open files at one computer wich i can open on another computer. Both using the same version 2014.1.104 and windows 7. He says no error message, just frezzes. I allready tried to reinstall. Can someone help me with this problem?
