If the computer running windows 7 has a built in parallel port I can successfully run the I/O ttl test at address 888.
However that computer is being replaced with a win 7 computer without a built in parallel port. A pci express card is installed and the driver is oxford semiconductor. The resource settings which cannot be changed have
I/O range D010-D017
I/O range D000-D003
I have converted the hex to decimal and typed that into the port field for the ttl test and am unsuccessful in having the port change state.
When the computer is booting a signal is sent to the parallel port because my status light blinks on then turns off.
When I open the ttl test tool, the port address drop down shows:
lpt1 absent
lpt2 absent
-12272 [lpt3: D010H]
