Animated GIF doesn't animate

If you see the image files separately (just open) you'll note that they are animated, having motion to indicate "processing". However, when embedded in my MediaLab questionnaire, the animation disappears. Strange this is that this has previously worked, and it works in other studies we are running. Any idea what is going on on this one? I have tried it as both an image type question and an image file in an instruction question. Is something wrong with my settings?
