... file contains errors in the 'Trial' column

I am trying to run the attached file but I keep getting this message:

Warning: Your experiment file contains errors in the 'Trial' column. Make sure all fields within this column are numbers, unique and not empty.

The only non-unique number is the zero in the instruction rows.
I would really appreciate some fast help because I've been waiting to get help with this for almost two weeks and I have participants waiting! Unfortunately the university refuses to provide any help so this is my only avenue. I would call but I'm based in Australia.
