I have created an HTML form to record four varables.

If I enter it as an HTML item, it displays properly and looks good, fitting well with the other elements of my survey. However, when I enter it as a CUSTOM item, it appears "blown up," and MediaLab ignores several markup features (e.g., specified relative table cell widths). This makes the form ugly and one scale in particular is difficult to use this way. Is there anything I can do to get MediaLab to display this form correctly as a CUSTOM item (as it does when the same form is used as an HTML item)?

I've noticed that MediaLab records data as long as I continue using the form button, regardless of whether the form is entered as an HTML or CUSTOM item, so I am open to solutions that would force participants to use the form's continue button, rather than MediaLab's continue button, when the form is entered as an HTML item.

Thanks for any help!
