Please tell me the full version number (i.e., 20xx.x.xxx) of your copy of DirectRT and MediaLab. You can find it by opening DirectRT and selecting Help>About DirectRT from the main menu bar.
Please also send me a copy of the MediaLab and DirectRT files in question. You can either upload them here or send them to me directly at support@empirisoft.com (please reference case 22565)
Finally, what is the full text of these "run-time errors" that you get? Do they happen on just the one computer or all of them?
