    Randomized items are being skipped

    [edited by moderator]

My questionnaire consists of 3 fixed medialab-items, 20 randomized items and again 4 fixed medialab-items. The problem is that MediaLab skips many of the randomized items. The program then goes to the 4 medialab-items at the end of the questionnaire.

Hope somebody knows what is happening here!

I took a look at your questionnaire and I think I see what may be the problem. You have a prior skip setup on one of your fixed items which sends them to the first item in the random sequence. However, since the items are in a random (WGR) order, this would result in skipping anwhere from 0 to 19 of the items. Does that make sense? Perhaps you could insert a fixed instruction item just prior to the 20 items and skip to that point--so no matter what you then start off with the first of the 20 random items rather than wherever your "first" item ends up in the randomized order.

Your explanation fully explains this problem.
    Thank you
