Newbie fail - can't get image format input file to run (case 15301)

I'm trying to run a basic pre-test that will show images in the same folder as the input file. Randomized within group, showing images, with a duration of 3 seconds.

I've gone through and run each tutorial and read the manual. When I run the input file, I see black for about 3 seconds and then it ends.

I realize this is probably a really simple error, but I'm stuck (and a dissertation is on the line)
