Problem with running input file (case 13939)

    Hi everybody,

I've developed a test for DirectRT. However, when I try to run it (in MediaLab), all I see is a black screen.
The excel document I use is saved as a comma seperated value. And I've already installed the newest version of DirectRT on my computer. When looking at the manual, I cannot find any errors.

Does anybody know what could be wrong with my input file?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Inge,

When I tried to open your attached .csv file, it appeared in my Excel 2013 program to have used semicolons as the delimiter. Can you try to save your input file in a .csv format that only uses commas as a delimiter and see what happens?

See if the attached .csv file using a comma delimiter will run on your computer.
