    Timing in MediaLab (11545)

Hello! I am making an experiment that includes many questionnaires, but one of the questionnaires will be presenting 80 anagrams (one at a time for solving) to participants, but with a 5 minute time limit. How can I set this up in MediaLab so that this is the only questionnaire in the experiment that is given a time limit? Thank you so much in advance for your help!

You can define a time limit for a single questionnaire file in the experiment file you use to organize all of the individual questionnaire files in your study. For the line in the experiment file that has the questionnaire file with the 80 anagrams, simple enter (d300) to tell MediaLab to present that questionnaire file for 5 minutes.

Thank you so much Dr. Reed! Does d300 go in the parameter line when clicking on details on the questionnaire in the experiment file? I can't thank you enough for your help!

Yes, d300 goes in that line. And you're welcome!
