Sending TTL signal through USB port?

    Hi there,

I've got DirectRT on a laptop that doesn't have a serial port. Just USB. I'm wondering whether DirectRT can send a TTL signal through the USB port? If so, my plan was to use a USB-to-serial adapter to connect to the serial port of the receiving computer.

    Is this possible?

Figured this one out: DirectRT can indeed send via USB with a USB-to-serial adapter.

Now I've run into another issue though: I need to be able to change the default format of the TTL signals to 'textual', but the SAVE button on the I/O control panel won't activate for me. Clearly I'm doing something stupid...but it's got me stumped nonetheless.

Help anyone? How can I save my TTL settings?
