    Application hang, case 2581

We are having a problem with MediaLab crashing occasionally. It appears to happen when a video is about to load.

    According to Windows Event Log:
"The program MediaLab.exe version 2010.3.0.102 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed."

    error code: 1002
    source: Application Hang
    task category: 101
    level: Error.

Can anyone help me run down what is causing this? Our surveys are about 2.5 hours long, and when the program crashes an hour in we frequently have to reschedule the entire interview, which is causing issues with our data collection. Let me know if there is any other information I can provide to aid in finding a solution.

    Thank you in advance!

Can you try v2012 on this machine and see if that resolves it? Is this Windows 7?

Yes, if it's Windows 7, I would definitely suggest trying MediaLab v2012. I expect that would resolve it. You can try it for a few weeks at no charge--it's available from the main download page on the website.
