    Disable video controls

    Hello,

I'm trying to find a way to disable the keyboard controls for videos during playback in MediaLab. My issue is that the subject can pause the video by pressing the space bar, and the screen (set to W-1 in parameters) becomes smaller if the subject presses the key board during play back. If there is no solution to the first issue, I would really like to know why my video keeps minimizing even though I have set it to full screen!

    Thanks,

    ~Dan

Dan--just curious--have you looked at the keyboard related options in the Windows Media Player? MediaLab using the WMP video engine and so if there is an option in there, it would likely be applied when showing videos within MediaLab. Same goes for anything HTML since ML uses Internet Explorer--you can make changes in IE's "internet options" and they will usually be reflected when using HTML in MediaLab.

Oh I see, thanks I'll look into that for the next study! I hadn't fiddled with Media player; I forgot the .exp was using that program.

    Thanks,
