Data not lining up after wording change

I recently was checking my data folders to ensure that the data was being recorded accurately and it looked fine. I wanted to run through again as a fake participant just to make sure, made a spelling change within a questionnaire, then ran through the experiment and the word "ok" appeared in the data file and threw off the data by one. I have never had this happen before, just by changing the wording in a questionnaire it has never effected by data file, could something else be the cause? And how might I remedy this?

Definitely check out this thread for info regarding data that do not line up:

But with that said, it is true that a simple question wording change should have no impact on the structure of your data file. Can you send a zipped copy of your experiment folder (with data and all) so I can take a look at it? Send it to support@emp....com. If you also happen to have a copy of the folder from before you made the change that would also help.

I actually just found out what the problem was. When I was changing the response options, I was copying and pasting the updated response options into the variables and accidentally copied it into my last instruction... which marked the save data box... which subsequently saved the data for that variable as "ok". Thanks for your help!
    No problem.
