... file contains errors in the 'Trial' column

I am trying to run the attached file but I keep getting this message:

Warning: Your experiment file contains errors in the 'Trial' column. Make sure all fields within this column are numbers, unique and not empty
    .

The only non-unique number is the zero in the instruction rows.
I would really appreciate some fast help because I've been waiting to get help with this for almost two weeks and I have participants waiting! Unfortunately the university refuses to provide any help so this is my only avenue. I would call but I'm based in Australia.

    Kind regards,

    Lauren.

    Hi Lauren,

Just left you an email but I'll respond here also just in case somebody else runs into the same issue or has thoughts to add. First thing I would suggest is to try moving the "Trial" column such that it would be to the immediate right of the "Block" column. As it is now, the "comment" columns are separating the two and possibly causing a parsing error as the Block and Trial columns are expected to always be next to each other.
