    Invisible Cursor (case 16408)

    Hi there,

I have designated mouse click areas in my program, but my cursor is hidden when I run the file in DirectRT. I do have a txt file called cursor.txt that designates my click areas. The click areas also work - I just can't see the mouse on the screen to find the click areas with the cursor.

I'm using a program code that I was previously using on a different computer (also running DirectRT v2008), and it worked fine on that computer.

The new computer (where the cursor keeps getting hidden) is running DirectRT version 2008.117.511.10.

    Thanks!

P.S. The 2 computers that had the program work with a visible cursor successfully were both running Direct RT v. 2008.1.0.11

    Thanks again!

    Gregory,

What is the full version number (i.e., ver20xx.x.xxx) of your copy of MediaLab? You can find it by opening MediaLab and selecting Help>About MediaLab. Also, what operating system are you using on this computer?

    Hi,
I realized that the 'invisible cursor' but is probably related to the version. I have older versions on some of my computers, but the task works well with 2004 version and doesn't work at all with the 2002 version. I will simply use the "newer" versions.
