v2010 doesn't accept percentage values in loc field

DirectRt 2010.2.103.1115 (on Win XP) doesn't accept percentage values in the loc-field (e.g. "0,.1,1").

Error: 15 System.InvalidCastException: Conversion from string ".1" to type 'Single is not valid.

Because of this error, old input files that used to work in v2008 are broken now. Or am I missing something?

Can you give me an update on this? Is this resolved in v2012?
    Thanks.
