random crashes in medialab 2006

Hello,
I am using Medialab 2006.2.40, on Windows 98 (ugh I know...), and am
occasionally having participants who will get 97% through the
experiment, but then the get an error message (not sure what exactly
it says because it closes), and the medialab automatically
closes/crashes. Participants are situated in cubicles, and when this happens they alert the RA, tell him that this is what happened, and the screen is just the desktop. It seems to happen at the same spot in the study - during the demographics at the very end when participants are asked to put their zip code (about 10 questions from the end of the study), and then they click enter. It has only happened to 3 of 23 participants so far (the were not in the same condition), and they don't seem to be taking longer than other participants so it doesn't seem to be a time limit problem; plus there are no time peramaters for that section. I hate to lose their data/future data, as this version of Media Lab only saves data at the end.

My experiment files all look in order, and again this only happens on occasion, so I can't figure it out myself. I have attached some files that I hope will be helpful in diagnosing my problem. I have already searched the website threads but cannot find any solutions.
