How to access MediaLab folders on Mac?

Hi, I'm running MediaLab on Mac using Parallels Desktop for Mac 5.
All is well, but as Mac users know, Mac does not have "Program Files" folders. Instead, applications are in packages.
Although this is neat, from an OS perspective, I can't seem to find the MediaLab folders such as Graphics and Styles.
I need to modify them in order to use non-default styles and messages.
Does anyone have an idea how can I reach those folders on my Mac?
    Thanks, Eyal

Folders found, be can't be modified

I found the folders (on my BootCamp partition) but I cannot modify them when using OS.
I could probabley modify them if I log on using BootCamp to Windows, but it's a hassle.
    Any ideas?

Not having any experience with Parallels, I have no idea--I'm guessing that this has got to be a common question out in the world--have you tried googling for how people are dealing with PC file/folder issues using Parallels w/o having to resort to BootCamp?
