    Request for new license code?

    I had DirectRT on my personal computer and it was working fine but then I tried to move it from the desktop to my Program Files. Apparently this was a problem. I uninstalled and removed DirectRT and then downloaded it again. Unfortunately it's not recognizing my old activation code. Did I do something wrong?

    As you found out you can't move the DirectRT folder without reinstalling the program. Normally if you uninstall and then reinstall, that's ok. If you are reinstalling to the same location, you won't normally be asked for a new code. If you are installing to a new location then you may be asked for a new code. If so, just let us know and we'll get you a new one, no problem.
